Overview
The Office of Information Systems Support is responsible for the general computing environment which is owned and maintained by the County Commission. We do not support the AS/400 or its applications. We offer Help Desk support which provides a single point of contact for employees to get timely help with their technology needs. Support is available via walk-ins, telephone and email for problems and questions regarding email, and networking as well as many other software or hardware issues.
The Office of Information Systems Support is also responsible for monitoring and analyzing the present-day computing environment to improve overall system performance and security. This office also offers support to Department Heads on all technology issues from acquisition of software and computer hardware to conducting needs assessments to create best fits between workflow and application software.
The goal of the Office of Information Systems Support is to provide a level of service which is friendly, timely, and effective.
