Overview
The Office of Capital Projects oversees all aspects of the County building program. This includes the development and management of the Capital Improvement Plan as it relates to Commission building projects, preparation and management of bid announcements and project contracts, and oversight of architects and general contractors engaged in active building projects. This office develops building programs, concept studies and prepares cost estimates. Active building project costs are tracked and project funding is coordinated with the assistance of the Capital Projects Coordinating Committee.
