Public Hearing Notice for Proposed Text Amendments regarding Home Occupations and Cottage Industries

THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF JEFFERSON COUNTY
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Planning Commission of Jefferson County has scheduled a public hearing regarding a proposed text amendment for Article 4A and Section 2.2 of the Zoning and Land Development Ordinance and Section 20.203 of the Subdivision and Land Development Regulations, regarding Home Occupations and Cottage Industries.    The public hearing will be held on June 28, 2011 at 7 PM, during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting in the Charles Town Library meeting room at 200 East Washington Street, at the side entrance on Samuel Street.

Copies of these amendments can be found at the Department of Planning office located at 116 East Washington Street in Charles Town and on our website.
