Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice regarding Article 12 Amendments to the Zoning and Land Development Ordinance
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF JEFFERSON COUNTY
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Planning Commission of Jefferson County has scheduled a public hearing for proposed text
amendments to Article 12 of the Jefferson County Zoning and Land Development Ordinance regarding the
process of amending the zoning map and/or text. The public hearing will be held on July 12, 2011 at 7 PM,
during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting in the Charles Town Library meeting room at 200
East Washington Street, at the side entrance on Samuel Street.
Copies of these amendments can be found at the Department of Planning office located at 116 East
Washington Street in Charles Town and on our website.
