Four Employees Selected for Prestigious Leadership Program

CHARLES TOWN, WV (November 7, 2025) - Jefferson County is proud to announce the selection of four outstanding employees to participate in Leadership Jefferson, a county-wide initiative designed to cultivate emerging leaders and strengthen organizational excellence.
Leadership Jefferson provides participants with advanced training, mentoring, and strategic project experience to prepare them for future leadership roles within Jefferson County. The program emphasizes educating current and future community leaders about Jefferson County’s assets, opportunities, and hurtles.
Employees selected for the program include:
- Tara Vann, Director of Jefferson County Emergency Communications
- Andy Beall, Jefferson County Zoning Administrator
- Josh Cook, Jefferson County Development Authority Program Manager
- Rhonda Willingham, Jefferson County Assessors Chief of Staff
The initiative reflects Jefferson County’s ongoing commitment to fostering professional growth and building a strong internal pipeline of future leaders.
“We’re excited to see how this year’s cohort applies what they learn to drive innovation and positive change,” added Commission President Pasha Majdi. “Their success will continue to strengthen our organization for years to come.”
