Jefferson County Introduces New Alerts and Notifications Email System

CHARLES TOWN, WV (November 7, 2025) – Jefferson County is pleased to announce the launch of a new alerts and notification email system designed to provide faster, more reliable, and user-friendly communication with employees and residents of Jefferson County.
Beginning November 15, 2025, the new system will replace the previous email platform, offering improved functionality, enhanced security, and a better overall user experience. Subscribers will now receive timely updates about job announcements, news and alerts, grants, and/ or request for proposals—constituents decide what information they want to receive.
“Clear and timely communication is a top priority for us,” said Commissioner President Pasha Majdi. “This new system will allow us to deliver important information more efficiently and ensure our community stays informed and connected.”
