CHARLES TOWN, WV (November 24, 2025) – The Jefferson County Commission congratulates Krista Hoffman, executive director of the Jefferson County Development Authority (JCDA), on her graduation from the Leadership West Virginia Class of 2025.
Leadership West Virginia provides participants with deeper insight into statewide issues, economic development strategies, and collaborative approaches to community leadership—skills that directly benefit Jefferson County.
