Burn fat & gain muscle, tone and strengthen your core all in one hour!! We start with 40 minutes of boot camp - this consists of a mixture of cardio segments and strength training segments and calisthenics. Plus, a few, fun surprises to burn fat and motivate you. We will end with 20 minutes of Pilates core work that will target your abs, back, hips, and glutes. Beginner to Advanced variations will be taught. Weight and measurements are taken at the beginning and end of each session to check your progress
