The RimShotz Blues Band is a five member band, based in Southern Pennsylvania, with a deep love for the blues and a passion for bringing this genre of music to a modern audience. Adding their own style to classic and modern blues music, Jeff (drums), Linda (vocals), Len (keyboards), Charlie (bass), and Doug (guitar) showcase songs from several different blues styles, with a strong influence from the “Chicago Blues” of masters such as Howlin’ Wolf, Freddie King, and Buddy Guy, to the more modern blues performed by artists including BB King, Etta James, and Stevie Ray Vaughn. This band delivers a high-energy show that will energize a new generation of listeners, and for those already drawn to this style of music, remind them of why they fell in love with America’s music… the blues!
