Jefferson County Farmland Protection Board
Mission: Agriculture should continue as an integral and viable part of the county's economy, landscape, natural resource, and sense of community. The mission of the Jefferson County Farmland Protection Board is to implement identified goals, objectives, and policies for the protection and preservation of Jefferson County land best suited for farming in accordance with West Virginia State Code §8A-12-1 et seq.
Term Length: four years
Meeting Schedule: The Jefferson County Farmland Protection Board meets the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. The Board meets via Zoom and the link is posted in the agenda at the courthouse and on the website.
