TO BE ISSUED BY THE JEFFERSON COUNTY BUILDING COMMISSION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COUNTY COMMISSION OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
The Jefferson County Commission is requesting proposals from underwriters, placement agents, and banks for the issuance of up to $16 million in Lease Revenue Bonds (Series 2025) by the Jefferson County Building Commission. Proposals must address interest rates, redemption terms, amortization schedules (up to 30 years), disbursement methods, reserve fund requirements, issuance costs, payment schedules, and any additional conditions. Submissions are due by 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 25, 2025, to Edwina Benites, County Administrator.
Questions should be directed to Ms. Benites at (304) 728-3284 or ebenites@jeffersoncountywv.org. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
