Sports instruction designed for preschool children to keep young athletes focused, active and having fun. They may explore soccer, basketball, football, T-ball, tennis and golf. Using special kid-friendly terms, your child will learn proper techniques for each sport, fundamentals of scoring, rules and terminology. Class includes proper warm-up, cardio exercise, muscle toning, hand-eye coordination drills, and speed and agility exercises. Children will have fun with a sports craft. Please pack water and small snack.
