Ordinances
The Office of Impact Fees administers the Impact Fee Ordinances. Impact fees are assessed on new residential structures for Schools, Law Enforcement, Parks & Recreation, EMS, and Administrative Facilities. Impact fees for Law Enforcement, EMS, and Administrative Facilities only, are assessed on commercial/industrial structures and additions. Impact fees are required to be paid prior to issuance of the building permit. The impact fees schedule and application forms are available by contacting the Impact Fees Program Specialist.
