Note: Permits will only be taken in Monday-Friday from 9:00am-4:30pm

It is our goal to ultimately accept 100% online, digital permit applications. However, until then these permits are downloadable as "fillable” PDF, which include fields for “certificate-based signatures”. If the applicant cannot provide electronic signatures, the form can be completed as much as possible electronically, then saved and printed for handwritten original or “wet” signature. Once the permit application is completed in its entirety and signed by the property owner of record, it can then be emailed to permits@jeffersoncountywv.org for processing.
