Everbridge

 Jefferson County has moved from Nixle to Everbridge.  Please consider becoming familiar with Everbridge if you live within Jefferson County or one of the Municipalities within Jefferson County.

While Jefferson County is getting our system up and our staff trained, you can sign up for Everbridge through Jefferson County, WV Alerts or simply just take a look to become more familiar with the system as we are learning the program and preparing to go live.  Our goal is to have as little of a gap as possible in your emergency alert coverage.

Emergency Alert Program 

Get alerted about emergencies and other important community news by signing up for our Emergency Alert Program. This system enables us to provide you with critical information quickly in a variety of situations, such as severe weather, unexpected road closures, missing persons and evacuations of buildings or neighborhoods.

You will receive time-sensitive messages wherever you specify, such as your

• home,
• mobile or business phones,
• email address,
• text messages
• and more.

***When making your account please note the following information: 

• Usernames are a minimum of four characters, contain a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, dash (-), underscore (_), at sign (@) or period (.).  No other characters or symbols are permitted at this time.
• Passwords are case sensitive, and may contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers or special characters.
• Password Special characters are limited to: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( )
