Board of Zoning Appeals Legal Ads

The Jefferson County Board of Zoning Appeals meet on the 4th Thursday of each month beginning at 2:00 PM. Meetings are held in the Jefferson County Commission meeting room, located in the lower level of the Old Charles Town Library at 200 East Washington Street, Charles Town, WV. Please use the side, ground-level entrance on Samuel Street.

Legal notices are pursuant to Article 6 of the Zoning Ordinance and Article 8A of WV State Code. All legal notices are required to run one time at least fifteen days prior to the meeting date in the newspaper of record, which is the Spirit of Jefferson.
