**The County does not provide meeting transcripts. Any party desiring a transcript of the Board's proceedings will be responsible for providing a stenographer at their own expense.**

The Planning Commission meetings occur on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.

The Board of Zoning Appeals meetings occur on the 4th Thursday of each month.

Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals meetings occur in the County Commission Meeting Room, located on the main level of the Jefferson County Government Complex at 393 North Lawrence Street in Charles Town. Please use the entrance on east side of the building.
