Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment File #ZTA21-01

File #ZTA21-01 refers to a proposed text amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to incorporate provisions to allow Short Term Rentals to process in Jefferson County as a Principal Permitted Use (PPU) in any zoning district that allows single family dwellings.

The proposed amendment includes revisions to Article 2: Definitions; Article 8 (new Section 8.16 - Short Term Rentals); and Appendix C - Principal Permitted and Conditional Uses Table.

CC voted to approve ZTA21-01 and found that the text amendment was consistent with the Comprehensive Plan (motion passed 4-1, with Commissioner Tabb opposing).

                  public hearing.
