Volunteer Opportunities

Whether you want to volunteer you time to chaperone field trips in the summer, pick up trash in the parks, or paint a fence, we are interested in hearing from you! At Jefferson County Parks and Recreation, we always have a project or event that can keep anyone busy!

We ask all of our volunteers to fill-out a Volunteer Application as well as a Background Check. We have all ages of adults and children in and out of our parks and building, so we need to be sure to keep safety first.

In the near future, we will post Volunteer Events, such as tree plantings, park clean-up days, and any help needed with our events, including Halloween and Christmas. We look forward to hearing from you!
